- Patients from the United States and the United Kingdom who found you through us because they wanted the operating surgeon named in writing. They arrive knowing what they bought.
- Fewer no-shows. Every patient has paid a deposit before they get on a plane.
- Protection when a good result draws a bad review. The signed operative report, the surgery-day photo and the consultation record are your file as much as the patient's. A chargeback or a forum thread meets evidence, not your word against theirs.
- No invoices. Our commission is settled from the patient's deposit. Your accounts department never sees us.
What we ask
Five things, all of which a good clinic already does.

Name the operating surgeon in the contract.
And state which steps that surgeon personally performs: hairline design, donor extraction, channel opening, implantation. If technicians do a step, the contract says so. Honesty about the division of labour is fine; silence about it is not.

One photograph before incisions.
The patient with the named surgeon, taken through our web page on the day. It takes ten seconds and it is the single thing that makes your listing believable to an American reading it at midnight.

A signed operative report within 48 hours.
Graft count, technique, who did what. The surgeon signs it. We send the patient an English copy.

Card payment for the balance.
Cash-only clinics aren't listed. The patient keeps their bank's protections, and so does your reputation.

A complication insurance policy on file.
Whether or not the regulation reaches your procedure. Every listing on Consulbook carries one.
Commission
Printed on your listing, settled from the deposit.
Between 16 and 20 percent of the treatment price, depending on the listing tier. The rate is printed on your listing because patients trust a number they can see. It is netted from the patient's deposit, so there is nothing to pay us and nothing to reconcile.
Surgeons who supply the evidence file but do not take referral commission can be listed at zero. Ask.
