Your surgeon's name, in the contract, before you fly.
Consulbook is the patient's partner for treatment in Türkiye. One place to choose a named surgeon, put down a refundable deposit, sign a contract you can hold them to, and reach a person in your own time zone if something goes wrong.
3. Operating surgeon. Dr. will personally perform hairline design, donor extraction and channel opening. Delegation of any of these steps to another practitioner is a breach of this agreement.
How it works
Five steps, and none of them involve trusting a brochure.

Choose a surgeon, not a clinic.
Every listing names the doctor and states which steps they personally perform. A clinic that can't say, doesn't list.
- 02
Put down a deposit.
Typically 20% of the treatment price, credited in full against it, refundable until 10 days before travel. You pay the clinic directly for the balance, by card, so your own bank's protections stay with you.
- 03
Sign one contract.
Named surgeon, locked price, and exactly what the clinic must provide. The clinic signs the same document.
- 04
Get a text before incisions.
The clinic photographs you with your named surgeon and sends it to us. We match it to your contract and text you: Confirmed. If the text doesn't come, you don't proceed, and the contract gives you the words to say so.

Keep the records.
An operative report signed by your surgeon, in English, within 48 hours. Photo check-ins at day 1, week 2, and months 3, 6 and 12, so what happened is on file, not in someone's memory.
The standard
What every listing carries before it goes live.
No rankings, no badges, no "best of" lists. A listing is one surgeon and one procedure that meet the standard, with the paperwork to show it.
- The surgeon's name and licence.
- Which steps that surgeon personally performs, and which they don't.
- The all-in price, locked before you travel.
- A complication insurance policy on file, whether or not the law requires it for that clinic.
- The commission Consulbook earns on the listing, printed on the listing.
What it costs you
The clinic's own price, and nothing on top.
Part of that price is your deposit to Consulbook, credited in full against your treatment. Clinics pay our commission, and the rate is on every listing. Booking through us doesn't change your price; it changes what you can hold the clinic to.
We don't sell flights, hotels or transfers, and we don't take payment for treatment. That goes to the clinic you chose.
What we cover
A broken contract.
If your named surgeon didn't operate, if the graft count on the signed report is short of what was quoted, or if the price changed when you arrived, that's a breach, and we work it with you: the evidence file, the clinic, and your card issuer if it comes to that. Our own guarantee is capped at our commission on your booking, and the cap is printed on the listing. Medical complications are covered by the clinic's complication insurance, which we check before listing.
What nobody covers
A result you don't love.
If a competent procedure gives you a result you're unhappy with, nobody covers that. Not the clinic, not the insurer, not us. We'd rather you read that here than found it out later.
Who's behind it
One person, on your side of the table.
Consulbook is run by Matt Aslan from Atlanta, Georgia. Bilingual in English and Turkish, and not on the clinic's payroll beyond the commission you can see. Consulbook is not a clinic, not a hospital and not a travel agency, and it doesn't give medical advice.

Tell us the procedure and where you're travelling from. We'll come back when a surgeon who meets the standard has capacity for you, and we won't put you with one who doesn't.
